Allergy Information and Chart

At COFEIN, we take food allergies and dietary requirements seriously. While we take all reasonable precautions to prevent cross-contamination, our kitchen handles all 14 allergens recognized by the UK Food Standards Agency (FSA), including nuts, gluten, dairy, soya, and others.

Important Notes:

1. Cross-Contamination Risk:

   • All food is prepared in a shared kitchen. We cannot guarantee any item is 100% free from allergens.

   • Trace amounts of allergens may be present due to shared equipment, surfaces, or ingredients.

2. Customer Responsibility:

   • Always inform a staff member about your allergy or dietary requirement before ordering.

   • Ask to review our Food Allergy Chart for allergen details in specific dishes.

3. Refusal of Service:

   • For your safety, we reserve the right to refuse service if:

     • We cannot confidently confirm the absence of an allergen in your chosen dish.

     • There is a risk of cross-contamination we cannot mitigate.

     • We suspect incomplete or unclear information about your dietary needs.

4. Accommodation:

   • We will do our best to accommodate requests but prioritize customer safety over convenience.
