Zero Tolerance Policy for Abuse and Discrimination

At COFEIN, we are committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for everyone—customers, staff, and visitors alike. We have a Zero Tolerance Policy toward any form of abuse, discrimination, or disrespectful behavior.

3. Consequences of Violations

  • Immediate Action: Any individual who engages in abusive or discriminatory behavior will be asked to leave the premises immediately.

  • Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates this policy.

  • Legal Action: In cases of severe abuse, threats, or violence, we will contact the authorities and pursue legal action if necessary.


4. Reporting Incidents

If you witness or experience any form of abuse or discrimination while at COFEIN, please:

  1. Inform a staff member or manager immediately.

  2. Provide details of the incident, including the individuals involved and what occurred.

  3. Rest assured that all reports will be taken seriously and handled confidentially.


5. Support for Staff

  • Training: Staff are trained to handle abusive or discriminatory situations calmly and professionally.

  • Protection: Staff have the full support of management to enforce this policy and protect themselves and others.

  • Confidentiality: Any staff member reporting an incident will be supported, and their confidentiality will be respected.
